As a little girl, my family had a big mama willow tree in our front yard. Long limbs that draped down, creating a canopy for me to dream under. When the branches would fall, my mother would gather them and craft heart-shaped wreaths to hang around our home.

She has a gift for pouring love into everything she touches. My hope is to do the same with this medicine.

Willow Grove is a story about returning to our roots—both to the child within us, who sees the world with wonder, awe, and curiosity, and to our Mother Earth, whose body our very own vessels are made from.

Everywhere I look, her arms stretch out, offering us medicine. I am humbled to be her messenger. I hope you feel that love with every encounter.
